Training yourself and/or your employees to use your business accounting software is one of the most cost-effective decisions you can make. Knowing how to optimally use your accounting software can save you time, money, and increase your skills. Cougar Mountain Software provides a variety of options and opportunities to meet your company’s needs.
Available Training Programs
- Denali Certification Training – Meet one on one with an instructor and become certified in Denali. Certification may count as CPE credits, and looks great on your resume’.
- Cougar University classes – held regularly at either our corporate headquarters in Boise, Idaho or in some of the most exciting cities across the U.S! See the latest schedule on our Training Events page.
- Online Denali Training – instead of having to travel to one of our on-site regional trainings, you can purchase one of our prerecorded module-specific videos to view at your convenience.
- Client-Site Learning – our instructors will come to your place of business and train you and your employees, install software, and optimize your settings and reports.
- Phone Training – we also offer phone training, by appointment during business hours (M-F, 8am – 5pm MST). Our instructors connect to you through a broadband Internet connection enabling screen sharing and communication via the telephone.
